Δέκα χρόνια μετά το άνοιγμα του il Borgo στο Κάστρο του Αγ. Γεωργίου ή ομάδα του εστιατορίου που αγαπήσατε ξεκίνησε ένα νέο εγχείρημα με ιταλική φύση και φινέτσα.
Κεφαλονίτικη, επτανησιακή και ιταλική κουζίνα συνδυάζονται αρμονικά στο μενού της Osteria όπως συνδυάζονταν και τόσα χρόνια κοινής πορείας στην Κεφαλονιά αλλά και σε ολόκληρο το Ιόνιο.
Ζυμαρικά με κλασικές συνταγές, ποιοτικές πρώτες ύλες και πίτσες με ζυμάρι αργής ωρίμανσης 48 ωρών με προζύμι που δίνει ένα «αέρινο» και ελαφρύ αποτέλεσμα.
Ο πλήρως ανακαινισμένος χώρος του εστιατορίου σας υπόσχεται μια ευχάριστη εμπειρία όπου μπορείτε να απολαύσετε το δείπνο σας απολαμβάνοντας την απρόσκοπτη θέα προς την δυτική πλευρά της Κεφαλονιάς.
